Bowl Eggs (Microwave)

When I asked my 9 year old grandson what he wanted for breakfast after he had spent the night with us, he said, " A bowl egg." At first I thought I misunderstood him, but he assured me that he wanted a bowl egg. Now it is a regular on the breakfast menu since it not only tastes good and takes very little time, the kids love it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 or two eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated cheddar cheese and/or bacon bits, optional

Directions:

Spray a small microwave safe bowl with a small amount of cooking spray. Break egg into the bowl along with salt and pepper and whip with a fork or small whisk. (Add the cheese, etc. at this time if you like.)

Microwave on high 45-60 seconds.
