Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 5 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 8 rusk, crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • Ad
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 4 Tbsp. instant onion

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Shape into cocktail size balls. Brown. Makes 325 meatballs. Bake at 325 degrees F for approx. 30-45 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce for meatballs.
