Perennial Sweet Peas Stopped Blooming

I planted perennial sweet peas 6 years ago. They were very beautiful and bloomed every year. But this year there's only one plant that came out. Does anyone know what could of happened?

Have you fertilized lately? Add any new soil? Add any new mulch? Plants need TLC too. I noticed my veg garden isn't doing as well this year. I didn't add steer manure. The littlest additives really make a difference. Try adding some Miracle Grow.

This is not unusual some perennials will not bloom after a few years such as snapdragons
