These ingredients are usually in my kitchen so it's a quick meal or snack to throw together when in a hurry or too tired to cook :-)
Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz can refried beans
- 3/4 cup medium or hot salsa, plus extra for spooning
- 10 - 8 inch flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Diced Jalapenos (to taste)
- Sour Cream
Directions
In small saucepan, mix refried beans and salsa. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Spoon refried bean mixture in equal amounts onto center of each tortilla and spread. Top with lettuce, cheese, jalapenos, and spoon on additional salsa and sour cream. Fold tortillas burrito style over the filling and serve.
