I have a kitchen with high gloss cabinets, nougat bench top, beige tiled floor, latte splashback, and stainless steel appliances. What colour should I paint the kitchen walls?

Think about a golden yellow, a chocolate brown if the high gloss cabinets are white, or a cream color. If you want some pattern in your kitchen, you could look for a wallpaper border with some brown/yellow/orange in it. You could paint the walls white or cream, and sponge paint over them with an accent color.

Consider a muted green. Try going to an Italian type restaurant, such as Olive Garden or Carrabas and visualize how their wall treatments may look on your walls. Look at Traditional Home type magazines to see a similar treatment for a kitchen such as yours. I hope this helps.
