Wildlife: Squirrels
Well, it's almost fall and the courtyard squirrels are reinforcing their nests for winter. It was so cute watching the determination of this little guy.

There's an old fashioned bridge over the courtyard creek about 20 feet from my patio that has four wooden posts and heavy duty rope attached on both sides for hand rails. The rope hanging from one post is really frayed and this little guy worked for about a half hour collecting and tugging, and tugging and tugging until he/she finally broke the last strand and scurried away with a golf ball size of nesting materials.
