Melt in double boiler:
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Add:
- 1 cup chicken broth, heated
- 1 Tbsp. onion, grated
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
Beat well: add 4 eggs. Cook and stir these ingredients over boiling water until they are firm. 4 servings.
