Fruit Pizza

Easy Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • Canned Fruits
  • Uncooked Biscuits, canned or homemade
  • Cinnamon

Directions

Use biscuits pressed onto a pizza pan. Add one or a combination of your choice: make a fruit pizza with canned fruits with all juice removed. Pat dry with a paper towel or clean white cloth.

I have used clean white wash cloths. Just make sure all biscuits are touching. Don't press too thin. Bake at 350 degrees F until biscuits are lightly browned. Keep an eye on them. They don't take that long. (10 minutes) I have added cinnamon to mine for extra flavor.

Regular Pizza Variation:

Put on them what you like. You can use this to make a pizza with all your favorite toppings: tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, peppers, onions etc. Use your imagination to come up with your own ideas

Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough (3 doz. size)
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Assorted fruit (fresh or canned)

Directions

Spread cookie dough on round pizza pan and bake as directed. Cook. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread this mixture on crust. Arrange fresh or canned fruit on cream cheese layer in attractive platter. If you choose to use fresh fruit you can coat it with apple jelly to prevent browning.
