Ground Beef and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups raw noodles
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small can corn niblets
  • 12 ripe olives
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

Mince and fry onion in butter, add meat and brown. Add soup, water, then the raw noodles; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add corn, chopped olives and 1/2 cup cheese; salt to taste and place in casserole. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Additional water may have to be added.

Recipe: Ground Beef and Noodle Casserole

Great every day main dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can green chilies (4oz)
  • 1 can mixed vegetables (16oz.)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. noodles, cooked (8oz.)
  • bread crumbs
  • butter

Directions:

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring frequently; drain. Add vegetables and seasonings; mix well. Combine with soup and noodles in 9x13 inch casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 1 small package noodles

Directions

Fry ground beef and onion together. Cook noodles in water, drain. Mix together, put in casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degrees F oven.
