- 1/2 gal. milk
- 1 dozen eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Heat milk until bubbly. Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Add mixture to hot milk. Pour into a stainless steel cake pan. Bake at 475 degrees F for 3 minutes. Turn off oven. Leave in oven until cool, then chill and enjoy!

ALWAYS add the hot milk to the egg mixture, never the other way round!!!
