Delicious Custard
Ingredients
1/2 gal. milk
1 dozen eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Heat milk until bubbly. Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Add mixture to hot milk. Pour into a stainless steel cake pan. Bake at 475 degrees F for 3 minutes. Turn off oven. Leave in oven until cool, then chill and enjoy!

ALWAYS add the hot milk to the egg mixture, never the other way round!!! XXX
