Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 fresh tomatoes, each cut in 8 wedges
- 1 cup milk
Directions
Melt butter or margarine. Blend in flour, salt and pepper; Cook for about 1 minute. Adding baking soda, tomatoes, and simmer 5 minutes. Add milk, heat thoroughly and serve. Makes: 4 servings
