I just looked through a couple of Knifty Knitter booklets, but no joy on the pattern for you. But they do have a website for the product, maybe you could email them and ask. Otherwise, you may just want to measure your dog(s) and then make it barreled shaped and reinforce some holes for the legs in the appropriate place.
