Tony is a 6 month old Australian Shepherd/Siberian Husky mix. We adopted Tony on July 15th, two days after my beloved Pano passed away. My husband felt that my son needed a new dog right away, but I wasn't ready yet. I would look at him and think "you are no Pano". But I have grown to love the little devil. He even has a blog about his training days.
He sits on the coffee table and looks over my shoulder while I am typing. I have really come to love him. Boy are they right, Australian Shepherds are amazingly smart dogs.
He likes to harass my other dog, Julie and try to eat the couch. He is only 6 months old and he just gets better every day. I need to step it up though to keep up with him. He demands a lot of attention. I even wake up in the middle of the night with him sleeping on my back.
