Viennese Salad Bowl
- 3 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup cooked green beans
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- 1/2 cup small croutons
Mix above ingredients in large salad bowl. Top with warm dressing and sprinkle with croutons.
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
Combine above ingredients. Cook dressing until thick.
