Refrigerator Not Cold and Freezer Not Freezing

My Kenmore refrigerator stop cooling and freezing. It makes a high pitched "click" noise when turning on and off.

I would contact Sears with this problem. 5 Years is not that old. What is the freezer part set at? Is it possible it got turned in the wrong direction?
