- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup flour
Mix ingredients in order given, adding enough flour to make stiff. Roll on floured surface. Let rest 20 minutes. Cut into strips. Use in soup or casseroles.
