Cook vegetables as directed on packages. Mix vegetables and sauce. Place in oblong 9x13 inch casserole dish. Top with coconut. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or until bubbly on top.

Ingredients
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated onion
2 Tbsp. grated green pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix cream, mayonnaise, onion, green pepper and cheese to make sauce.
