I am looking for instruction manual for a Welbilt Breadmaking machine Model ABM-100-3.
Even if you can't find the exact model number of your bread machine, I think that a lot of these models operate pretty much the same.
I've never owned a bread machine, and really don't want one. I already own too many kitchen appliances and don't need another one. I have a KitchenAid mixer and it does a great job of mixing ingredients with the dough hook. Once it is mixed, grease a loaf pan, roll out dough, place in pan, let rise, then bake.
I have a Welbilt ABM-100-3 bread machine that is brand new, but I don't have a manual. I either need a manual or just basic instructions. Does anyone know where I can get it?

A simple Google got this:
Hi. I was looking for a manual for my bread machine, and was wondering if anyone had one that they could send me a copy or tell me how to find one. I have tried everything and have been unsuccessful. Thanks.
I found this on the web:
Appliance Corp of America
175 Community Dr.
Great Neck, NY 11021
I called the 800 number and received an intercept that said to dial 10, 15, 15, 800 for a new directory service, what ever that means. I didn't call the 516-773-0300 number. If they are out of business as a previous post suggested it may be easier to buy a new machine from a better known manufacturer. (08/14/2008)
There are many cook books on the market for bread machines. Usually they note more than one size for the recipe. One pound loaf, one and a half pound loaf. If you know the order of how the ingredients went into your machine, then you should be all set. Also, a lot of recipes are online. Lora Brody wrote many bread machine cook books. I found they were great! I bought mine at a BJ's store which is like a Sam's club. The prices were lower than a regular book store. Good luck. (08/16/2008)
My Welbilt ABM-100-3 manual is several years old. There is a phone number in the manual you might try. It may or may not be in service. (516) 747-9595 for authorized service. Someone there may know something. (01/22/2010)
