Ingredients:
- 1 lb. pkg. California medley mix veggies
- 2 1/2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped bouillon
Directions:
Cook until tender; turn off heat and add 2 1/2 cups milk and 1 lb. Velveeta cheese. Heat and serve.
