Pineapple Orange Cake

Cake:
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 (10oz.) can mandarin oranges plus juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs

Frosting:

  • 8 oz. Cool Whip (or any brand whipped topping)
  • 1 box dry instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can drained, crushed pineapple (8-10 oz. size)

Directions:

Mix all cake ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool. Combine frosting ingredients and spread over cake. Refrigerate.
