Pineapple Orange Cake
Cake:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 (10oz.) can mandarin oranges plus juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
Frosting:
- 8 oz. Cool Whip (or any brand whipped topping)
- 1 box dry instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can drained, crushed pineapple (8-10 oz. size)
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool. Combine frosting ingredients and spread over cake. Refrigerate.
