Is there a chart listing how long food can be kept in the freezer at 0 degrees before it spoils?

Food won't spoil at 0 degrees, but it will get freezer burn if exposed to air. Charts give approximate times. A lot depends on your freezer and how the food is wrapped or prepared for the freezer. For example, if you use Food Saver bags which vacuum pack, food can be kept a lot longer (2-3x) than listed on charts.
