Chicken Parisienne

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sherry

Directions

Brown Chicken on both sides in a large skillet. Arrange chicken, onion and mushroom in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and make sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake in oven at 400 degrees F for 40-50 minutes.

Serve on rice or noodles.
