Lemonade Fruit Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream, whipped
  • assorted fruit

Directions

In heavy saucepan combine eggs, lemonade concentrate and sugar. Cook and stir over low heat just to boiling and slightly thickened. Cool, then add whipped cream or Cool Whip. Serve over fruit.
