Ingredients
- 4 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup hulled sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup bran
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Combine first seven ingredients and toss to mix well. Combine oil, honey, and vanilla in a saucepan. Heat until warm and drizzle over dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread on greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes, stirring twice during baking time. Remove from oven, cool and store in a tightly covered container. Makes about 10 cups.
