These 2 photos are of my dog Sammi and my granddaughter playing dressups. My dog is 7 years old and my granddaughter is 2. Any attention is good attention to my dog, she will put up with anything as long as she is near the ones she loves.

I, too, had a Sammi dog. She looked a lot like your Sammi, but mine was a lab/springer mix so she was black and white, but had the same face and big brown eyes. Same disposition, too, my granddaughter loved her and she put up with anything, even after she was old and arthritic. She lived to be almost 14 and I still miss her after 3 years.
