Finding Local Blogs

How do I find local blogs? I am specifically looking for money saving, coupon type, family oriented local blogs that have my grocery stores and the deals they have. When I do an internet search, the options are overwhelming. Thanks in advance.

Hello there. It would be helpful to know what area are you from and what store/s you usually shop at or have at your location. Albertsons? Aldi's? Safeway? Walmart? etc. Also while not grocery stores, many bargains can be had for grocery items at RiteAid, CVS, Target, Walgreens etc. Do you have access to those in your area?

Until then maybe poke around on these 3 forums:

http://www.hotc forums/index.php

http://www.afullcup.com/forums/

http://www.weus /grocery-stores/

They have separate ones for different stores and areas.

Did you try a google BLOG (not a regular) search? You might start with this:

http://blogsear hl=en&tab=wb

-or-

and then add on your state or city or name of store to see what comes up.

I follow a few blogs that post deals for Safeway and Rite Aid. One of my favorites is Krazy Coupon Lady:

Dear Mindy

Just start your own blog!

It's childishly easy if you go to http://wordpress.com.

They provide everything for free, even the hosting!

Once you get started, people will chime in with their

findings, grateful that you provide a forum or soap box

for them. You will be surprised how fast it takes off!

Don't forget to add some gas prices. That will really crank

local traffic to your blog.

Once you have decent traffic, you can offer small ad spots

to local businesses for their specials, and make a very

noticeable contribution to your budget.

Have FUN!
