Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Mix Cool Whip and egg together well. Add powdered sugar. Beat by hand. Mix in cake mix. Drop by teaspoonsful 1 1/2 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 10 minutes.
