Brown ground beef, onion and chilies in large pan; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic salt. Simmer while preparing dough. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; pull each apart in 2 layers. Press 10 biscuit layers over cheese (reserving remaining cheese for topping). Mix sour cream and egg well. Remove meat mixture from heat; stir in sour cream mixture. Spoon over dough. Arrange remaining biscuit layers on top; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are deep golden brown.
Sorry, I don't get it. I wanted to make this but what cheese are you talking about to put the first 10 biscuits over??? Also what size or type of pan? 9x13? Thanks

I love the way this recipe reads, just my style! I have a homeworker who comes three mornings a week ( I am a disabled senior). One morning a week is devoted to cooking. Usually we make several dishes, divide into containers, and freeze, so I have different things to eat during the week. This recipe just went to the top of next weeks list. Thanks.
