that is a free database of "cheat codes" to punch in your phone for hundreds of customer service numbers. These codes will allow you to break through all the number punching and immediately speak to a real person.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've already sent it to a friend who's arthritic, and has trouble holding the phone, let alone punching in all those numbers. You've made a difference for the better in people's lives today!
