Using Prom Dresses for 'Rice Roses" |
|
|
"Satin" prom dresses, bought at a thrift store, provide great material to make rice roses (those pretty roses that hold rice or bird seed for the grand exit). Directions on how to make the roses are available online. They are very easy to make. The dresses with lots of puffy layers are usually the least expensive (because no one wants to wear the style anymore), but have the most material.
