Ingredients
- Mixed greens of your choice
- garlic croutons
- 2-3 slices of crisp bacon
Salad Cheese Mix
- 2 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 cups grated Romano cheese
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. pepper
Dressing
- 1 raw egg
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
Tear greens, add croutons to taste and crumble bacon in large salad bowl. Sprinkle 1 tsp. per person of cheese mix over prepared salad, add dressing and toss.
For Dressing: Coddle egg and whip. Mix with lemon juice and oil.
