How do I get pictures that were sent to my email on a different computer?

I have a friend who uses 2 computers. One at home and one at her cottage. She puts them all on flash drives and then loads them up on the other computer.

You could Forward that email to yourself and then Receive your mail on the other computer. That would put it in your other computer's Inbox where you could then save it wherever you want on the other computer.

Save them to a disk and then download onto the other computer.
