Combine sugars, margarine, peanut butter, vanilla and egg. Stir in flour. Press dough evenly over bottom of pizza pan, forming rim. Bake 10 minutes at 375. Remove and sprinkle on marshmallows and chips. Continue to bake until marshmallows are brown and fluffy, 5-8 minutes. Cool; cut into wedges. Store in tightly covered container.
