Stuffing Muffins With Soup

I saw this idea on tv the other day, I think it is such a cool timesaver.

Take any stuffing recipe, and scoop it into muffin tins, then bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes of until crunchy on the out side.

You can also make a quick and easy matza-ball-like soup with it!
Take a can of chicken or turkey stock and heat it up with any leftover vegtables you have on hand. After it comes to a low boil pour it cafefully over the muffin into a small soup bowl. YUM!
