- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. frozen imitation crabmeat
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. red pepper
- Mayonnaise (about 1/2 cup)
Mix first 5 ingredients. Add enough mayonnaise to hold together. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.

this sounds really good, and i want to try it. Just 1 question tho, do you thaw and drain crabmeat first?
