I've gotten a couple hundred over the last year from them. They paid £4 in vouchers for surveys. I also do Mutualpoints and have just had my first £20 but it took ages for me to collect the points. Lightspeed Panel lets you earn points that can be redeemed for paypal cash or gift cards. Mypoints.com lets you earn points that can be redeemed for gift cards.
