Having trouble finding a low calorie treat for your slightly overweight significant other? Make a cake out of no-fat chocolate whipped cream topped with a heart of luscious red strawberries!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Perhaps Valentines Day is a tme to indulge rather than a time to tell your special someone they need to lose a few.

What an excellent idea... cocoa powder has intense flavor but no fat... real whipped cream has the same number of calories per tablespoon as the imitation whipped products, sans petroleum products and chemicals, and it provides a portion of your daily fat requirements plus it's a natural; strawberries provide much needed vitamins, minerals, fibre, as well as being low in calories and rich in flavor. The other properties of strawberries are too numerous to mention! Check out a website for strawberries...

Weigh to go!!
