Chocolate Ice Cream Topping

This is so simple and delicious!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups sugar
• pinch of salt
• 3 Tbsp. cocoa
• 1/2 cup white syrup (white or light corn syrup)

• 1/2 cup water

Directions:

Mix the sugar, salt and cocoa. Add the syrup and water to the dry ingredients. Bring to a roiling boil in the microwave or on stove top just to dissolve the sugar. Do not over cook.
