Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon, fried, crumbled
- 6 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
- 1 lb. fresh spinach, wash well
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 pkg. frozen sweet peas, thawed, uncooked
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
Dressing:
- 2 cups Miracle Whip
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing powder
Directions
Take a large bowl. Spread some of the dressing on bottom and sides of bowl. Then begin layering ingredients. Lettuce, eggs, spinach, bacon, onion, peas, etc. Keep layering until you have used all ingredients. use the rest of the dressing to "ice" the salad (like a cake). Refrigerate overnight. Stir thoroughly before serving. Serves 12 or more.
