Sad Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
Directions
Mix well. Add 1 cup pecans, chopped. Spray 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 300 degrees F for 45 minutes. Cool and cut as a bar cookie. Moist and chewy.
