I always remove my watch, rings and earrings when I go to bed. So as not to lose these valuable item, I slip my rings on to my watch band and close the clasp. Excellent tip when traveling.

The holes on a leather strap watch band are the perfect place to set in your pierced earrings.

The following day you waste no time looking for your jewelry.

Trips are smooth sailing when you stayed organized.

That is a great idea. I don't wear watches with leather bands. I always wear the bracelet type watches but it's possible my rings would still fit over it.

I used to travel with a jewelry pouch jam packed with jewelry....and I'm not talking costume. I have always been a big jewelry lover....well altho I've never lost any jewelry I decided some years back that I shouldn't take so much jewelry when traveling so now I just wear a basic "ensemble" and wear the same thing ea day. Makes it so much easier and then it's one less thing to worry about.

I keep my jewelry in a small craft box that fits inside my carry-on suitcase; I usually wear one pair of earrings on a trip so I don't have to change those; necklaces fit inside the craft box and inside the suitcase.

Hi I also do the same thing as my necklace is the soft sterling silver that gets kinks in it whic Ii a afraid the necklace will get ruined if I sleep with it. I put my jewlery back in the box when I remove it and if I am travling I will do the same thing or put it in a case and then into my purse so Ii dont loose it as i have worked in a few hotels and have found items that had to to to the lost in found people always leave some ting behind. thanks

Unless, sadly, you lose ALL of it like I did. :(

Better just to leave them at home if you are apt to lose them.
