Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2-3 lb. fryer
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine crushed cereal, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, and salt. Dip chicken in butter and roll in crumb mixture. Place pieces of chicken, skin side up, so they do not touch. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
