Glazed Fruit and Sausages

Ingredients
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. cocktail sausages
  • 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, well-drained
  • 1 large red apple, cored and cut into chunks

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine jam, lemon juice, cornstarch and cinnamon. Cook and stir until well blended. Add sausages and pineapple; heat through. Just before serving, stir in apples and oranges.
