Glazed Fruit and Sausages
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 3/4 to 1 lb. cocktail sausages
- 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, well-drained
- 1 large red apple, cored and cut into chunks
In a medium saucepan, combine jam, lemon juice, cornstarch and cinnamon. Cook and stir until well blended. Add sausages and pineapple; heat through. Just before serving, stir in apples and oranges.
