Removing Button Hole Fluff on Clothing

How do you keep fluff from forming behind button holes? How do you remove it once it happens?

I don't know how to prevent this, but you can clean out the lint with a crochet hook. Just turn the button placket inside out as much as possible, then run the crochet hook behind the buttonhole.
