Potato Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup (or more) onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 cup (or more) raw sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese (more or less)

Directions

Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt & pepper. In a casserole layer potatoes, soup mixture & sausage. Repeat layers again, ending with sausage. Bake covered at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours. When done, return to oven for a short time for cheese to melt.
