Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (or more) onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 cup (or more) raw sliced potatoes
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese (more or less)
Directions
Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt & pepper. In a casserole layer potatoes, soup mixture & sausage. Repeat layers again, ending with sausage. Bake covered at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours. When done, return to oven for a short time for cheese to melt.
