Use this tip this summer when your feet are so hot and tired. If you have any ice packs in the freezer, cover them with a towel and place under or on top of your feet for a few minutes. Your feet will thank you.

Running shoes are the best along with thin socks. also changing socks and SHOES because after awhile your feet get all that sweat build up and your shoes get wet. its just nasty. any shoe will do as long as its dry. to keep them cool without shoes id say ice water and maybe a dr. sholes massaging foot pool;they are pretty nice but read warnings if useing you cant you if you have any open wounds (bleeding)on your foot. i would also say swimming is a good way to cool down.
