Ingredients
- 2 packages. cream cheese (3 oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce (1lb.)
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (8 oz.)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix softened cream cheese with sugar and mayonnaise. Add cranberry sauce, pineapple and pecans. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan and freeze.
