Ingredients

  • 2 packages. cream cheese (3 oz. each)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce (1lb.)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (8 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix softened cream cheese with sugar and mayonnaise. Add cranberry sauce, pineapple and pecans. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan and freeze.
