Does anyone have patterns for paper embroidered cards?

Most perforated paper can be embroidered using any patterns for small motifs, not more than 3" x 2" and can then be inserted in the frame-style cards that one buys in a craft store. Just be VERY careful: The first time I tried a pattern I tore the paper!

Check out this site. There is a pattern for one design, but also an e-mail address that may help you with more patterns.
