Freezing Ribs

How can I freeze ribs before I BBQ them?

I boil mine for @ 1 hour on a gentle boil, let cool
Then I divide them into serving size pieces and pack into freezer bags.

I just freeze 'em as I would any other meat or item. No problem. We just thawed some last weekend for BBQ, even found others deep in the freezer that'd been there for eons! Sauced 'em while q'ing an' let the dogs join us with the bones after we'd gnawed all the meat we could! Enjoy!
