White Chocolate Party Mix

This party mix is easy to make and will be a hit at your next get together.

Ingredients:

• 1-10 oz. pkg. mini pretzels
• 5 cups Cheerios cereal
• 5 cups Corn Chex cereal
• 2 cups salted peanuts
• 1 lb. M&Ms
• 2 lbs. white chocolate candy kote wafers

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine first 5 items and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, heat wafers for about 2-3 minutes and stir until melted. If the wafers get too hot, they'll not melt. If you stir them as they cool they will melt. Pour melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and mix well. Spread onto waxed freezer paper and let cool. Break apart and store in an airtight container.

You can use a touch of food coloring to give the chocolate a bit of color, if for a special occasion or holiday.
